Ngem Haniffer

TEAM MEMBER​

A dedicated advocate for gender equality and effective communication, with a strong academic foundation in both fields. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Gender Studies and Journalism & Mass Communication, and is currently in her second year of a Master’s program in Gender Studies.
Her academic and practical experiences have equipped her with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, enabling her to engage critically with issues affecting marginalized communities, particularly women and girls. Ngem is passionate about social change, and she is committed to advancing advocacy, education, and inclusive development through gender-sensitive programs and policies.

Lynoh Richard

Founder

Lynoh Richard is the visionary founder of the ICHEP Foundation (Integrated Community Health and Education for the Less Privileged), an organization dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through access to healthcare, education, shelter, and economic empowerment. Motivated by a deep belief that every life deserves a chance, Richard established ICHEP to address systemic barriers faced by vulnerable populations, particularly in health and education.
With a strong commitment to social equity and sustainable development, Richard has led the foundation in designing and implementing impactful programs that promote wellness, learning, self-reliance, and community resilience. His leadership continues to inspire partnerships and initiatives that foster inclusive growth and long-term change.
